In her improvisation workshop Mirja Brunberg and Anna Jarrige will show practical exercises on movement and voice. At the beginning you will get familiar with relaxation and floor work techniques. This is followed by improvisation exercises in which various types of movement and movement qualities are explored, as well as vocal exercises. In the final part of the workshop, a combination of voice and movement developed through improvisation takes place, starting with the question of how these two elements can support each other or go against each other.
