That’s Soya the Cow.
The alter ego of Zurich and Berlin-based artist and musician Daniel Hellmann blurs the lines between male and female, human and cow, and manages the balancing act between a serious desire to change the world and a humorous lightness.
After appearing at animal rights and climate protests, in theaters and at art festivals, and most recently on The Voice of Germany, the singing drag cow comes to Mainz for a musical performance at Barjedersicht. With emotional songs, surprising stories and captivating live visuals, Soya takes her audience into her fantastic cow universe. What would our lives look like if we stopped cutting others into pieces? Can we be free if not everyone is free?
Already with his project FULL SERVICE, that Daniel Hellmann showed in pad in 2015, he convinced and fascinated our audience! We are curious to meet him again!
