The approach of this workshop is to rediscover and elaborate an original function of masks, namely to embody the mask’s expression, and vice versa, to explore how bodily means of expression can be extended with those of the mask: how can rhythm, direction and space be combined with physical emotions? Body and mask become tools.
With simple masks we will develop a clear body language.
